Nick Cesta, Director
Nick Cesta is currently the Director of Skelton Valuers, a role he has held for the past 18 years. Nick was originally qualified as an Engineering Surveyor for the State Rail Authority in 1983, before moving to the Valuation Department, where he worked on proprty rental determinations and acquisitions in Metropolitan Sydney and country New South Wales.
Nick's experience has led to numerous expert witness reports being prepared for evidence in the Land & Environment Court, Supreme Court, Family Law Court, Federal Court, Local Court, Consumer Tenancy & Trade Tribunal.
